North Korea and South Korea accident

The accident about the North Korea torpedoed South Korea warship that killed 46 sailors make China have to take an action about this condition. The China itself wanted to be more neutral to face the action. But, the other country such as U.S and Japan have been blaming the North Korea for torpedoed the South Korea warship.
